The sample pickup cutoff times for local and remote customers vary depending on the pickup zone you are located in.
When you place an online order we automatically schedule your samples to be picked up from your lab or dropbox. If your order is placed by the order cutoff we will pick it up the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled to be picked up the next business day.
