What is the timeline for asking for repeat reactions?

• If it's a reasonably sized order then we can offer repeats for orders that are month's old. However if it's a big order (like 30+ rxns), we'll most likely ask them to submit a new order unless there's a good reason.   
• It is important to note that samples are stored for two weeks at our facilities.  Once the two weeks are up, we will properly discard of your samples.
• If you have a special situation in which you need the samples stored for longer than two weeks, please notate it on your order in the special instructions and also contact our support team.
