Can I submit premixed samples?

We prefer your DNA template samples and your primers to be submitted in separate tubes. This allows us to check the concentrations individually and adjust the amount of DNA and primers appropriately according to our protocols. If you still prefer to premix your samples please follow our sample submission guidelines. 

*Note: Premixed samples do not qualify for troubleshooting and free repeats.
