The turnaround time for mail-in customers depends on when the samples arrive at our facilities. If your samples arrive by between 1 PM - 7 PM, then you should expect
We process your order the same day your samples arrive at our facilities. If your samples arrive before 1 PM (PST), results will be available the same day by 7 PM (PST).
Samples that arrive after 1 PM (PST) will be processed overnight with results available the next day no later than noon (but typically by 9 AM).
*DSC samples and large bulk orders may require additional time.
