If you are a new customer, you will begin by registering an Eton account on our website. Typically your Eton regional sales rep will send you a welcome email shortly after with details specific to your area.
Once you have registered an account you can log in and click "Place Order" for the service you will be using. There are many options to help you fill in your reaction information. Please make sure to indicate the ready time (time when your samples are ready), sample type (plasmid or PCR product), sample size and whether they are premixed with primer. If you have any further information on the samples that you feel would be helpful for our technicians, such as the samples being GC rich, please include that in the Special Instructions text box at the bottom of the order form.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the order was placed successfully and will be provided with a 6 digit order number.
If you are in an area that offers a local or remote daily pickup service, your samples will automatically be scheduled to be collected from your location by one of our couriers. For areas without a daily pickup service, please ship your samples to your regional Eton branch. For details please contact support@etonbio.com or your regional Eton sales rep.
