Yes! We offer free sample pickup for local customers and remote sample pickup for various participating universities and institutions. If you are in an area with local or remote sample pickup, we will automatically schedule a courier to pick up your samples from your lab or building dropbox.
We will schedule your samples to be picked up the same day if your order is placed and ready by your daily order cutoff time. Orders placed or ready after the daily cutoff time has passed will be automatically scheduled for pickup the next business day.
