How can I find out if my stored primers are running low or if they have been discarded?

Customers will not be notified when primers are running low or are discarded.

If an order is placed with a stored primer that has been discarded the customer will be notified within 24 hours so they may submit or order a new primer for their order.

If you are unsure about your primer status, please email support@etonbio.com before placing an order to check on the availability of your stored primer.
