To sequence the same sample with a different primer, you will need to place a new sequencing order.
If you would like additional sequencing with a different primer, place a new sequencing order and reference the order number the samples were most recently sequenced in the Special Instructions box so that we can retrieve the correct sample.
Since a new primer is used, the reaction will be charged and is not treated as a free repeat.
Please note that we typically save your DNA samples for 2 weeks from the last usage unless you've requested us to save longer period of time. So, please request the new sequencing as soon as you can.
